Simulation Guide
Welcome to the Save the Blue Frog simulation. Read through these mechanics to understand how to access the platform, interact with the AI stakeholders, and maximize your learning experience.
Platform Access
To ensure a secure environment, platform access is restricted. You must register using a participant access code provided by your program facilitator.
- Obtain the secure access code from your instructor or facilitator.
- Navigate to the Register page and enter the code to unlock the portal.
- Link your Google account to create your persistent participant profile.
- For all future sessions, simply use the Sign In button to bypass the code and access your dashboard.
Choose Your Role
Use the dropdown menu in the simulation dashboard to step into the shoes of different stakeholders. Your starting scenario changes based on who you choose to be:
- Consultant: John Formica
- CEO: Matt Rooney
- Species Rep: Aqua Marine
- Govt Official: Nellie Mandola
- Activist: Tillie Quick
How the AI Agents Listen
The AI characters in this simulation are not omniscient. They do not know what your secret strategies are, and they cannot read your mind. They only know what you explicitly type into the chat console.
Treat the simulation text box as your public voice in a live, multi-stakeholder meeting.
- Direct Address: If you want a specific character to respond, use their name or title.
- Motivation Triggers: Agents will naturally interject if you propose something that directly impacts their department, livelihood, or core goals.
- Silence: If you make a statement that doesn't involve or threaten an agent, they will stay quiet and observe.
Skills & Feedback
Before sending your first message, select the specific skills you want to practice (e.g., Trust Building, Negotiation, Data Breakdown).
The Handler Agent
Working quietly behind the scenes, the "Handler" analyzes every message you send. It grades your performance on a strict 1 to 10 scale for your selected skills and delivers instant, actionable feedback in the right-hand panel of your dashboard to help you pivot your strategy in real-time.
